We are hiring for one full-time, permanent position located in Salem, Oregon. What you will do: In this position you will deliver high-quality customer service to the general public by responding to inquiries regarding fish and wildlife licenses, regulations, and agency services in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. This will be done through email, phone, and in-person contact. You will also provide user support to license agents on the statewide Electronic License System (ELS), and support for various agency activities and obligations.
