About The Position

Key Responsibilities 1. Offline User Acquisition Execute field marketing activities to acquire new users in high‑traffic areas such as shopping centers, campuses, community events, and business districts Introduce Dealmoon’s platform, benefits, and promotions to potential users through in‑person conversations Guide new users through the registration process and ensure successful onboarding Track daily/weekly acquisition numbers and optimize strategies based on performance 2. Community Outreach & Local Engagement Build Dealmoon’s presence within local communities, including Chinese communities, student groups, cultural organizations, and lifestyle clubs Identify and attend community events, festivals, and gatherings to maximize exposure Establish relationships with local community leaders and organizers to secure ongoing outreach opportunities 3. Offline Channel Development Identify offline locations with high user‑growth potential (e.g., restaurants, supermarkets, salons, retail stores) Negotiate placement opportunities for QR codes, posters, flyers, and promotional materials Collaborate with local businesses to run co‑branded promotions that drive user sign‑ups 4. Field Marketing Execution Plan and execute on‑site promotional activities, pop‑ups, and micro‑events Coordinate logistics, materials, and on‑site setup to ensure smooth execution Collect user feedback and insights from the field to improve messaging and acquisition tactics 5. Data Tracking & Growth Optimization Monitor acquisition metrics, conversion rates, and channel performance Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations Continuously test new offline acquisition strategies to improve efficiency and ROI

Requirements

  • Experience in field marketing, offline user acquisition, community outreach, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable approaching and engaging strangers
  • Ability to explain product value clearly and persuasively
  • Basic understanding of growth funnels and user acquisition metrics
