Curley & PynnOrlando, FL

About The Position

Curley & Pynn does meaningful work that makes a difference in people’s lives. We support mission-driven organizations through pivotal moments – fundraising campaign milestones, leadership transitions, program launches and more – with smart, strategic communications that build trust, strengthen reputations and move missions forward. You’ll see a lot of our work in the nonprofit space and we also support select corporate clients that are driving positive change in their communities. We’re building an agency where clients receive expert counsel, partners trust us with referrals and ambitious professionals do the most fulfilling work of their careers. Through it all, we remain grounded in our values: Value People, Give a Shit, Hustle, Win as a Team and Commit to Candor. That means we have each other’s backs, care deeply about the work, move with urgency, celebrate collective wins and speak openly and honestly. Opportunity Public relations interns at Curley & Pynn help bring communications strategies to life by supporting day-to-day account work across PR and marketing communications. You’ll work alongside senior team members to apply what you’re learning in the classroom through real-world experience in research, writing, media relations, event support, social media and more. We look for self-starters who can work efficiently, juggle multiple priorities and contribute to client goals from day one. This is a paid internship ($14/hour) for 10–15 hours per week with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday, with a preference that you work at least one day in person. Many of our interns have gone on to join Curley & Pynn full time or launch their careers at organizations like Disney, Hasbro, Universal and Florida Power & Light, among other major brands.
