Responsibilities

• Assist with communications for live events, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Engage directly with donors, attendees, and community members to promote events and nonprofit missions.
• Draft and distribute press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Support on-site event communications, including signage, messaging, and guest relations.
• Collect feedback and provide insights to improve outreach and messaging effectiveness.
• Represent the organization professionally, positively, and approachably.
