Responsibilities

• Assist with communications for live events, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives
• Engage directly with donors, attendees, and community members to promote events and nonprofit missions
• Draft and distribute press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and other communications materials
• Support on-site event communications, including signage, messaging, and guest relations
• Collect feedback and provide insights to improve outreach and messaging effectiveness
• Represent the organization with a positive, professional, and approachable attitude
