Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of public relations or communications experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to develop relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns
- Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials
- Maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to secure coverage for the organization
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR effectiveness through metrics and reports
- Coordinate and assist in organizing events, press conferences, and promotional activities
- Support senior PR staff in the creation of compelling narratives and messaging
