About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our communications team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and maintaining a positive public image for our company by managing media relations, developing communication strategies, and supporting various public relations campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling.
• Experience with media relations and knowledge of press release writing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with content management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to monitor media trends and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute press releases and other PR materials to media outlets.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with journalists, media contacts, and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public responses to company initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events such as press conferences and community outreach programs.
• Support internal communication efforts and assist in the development of communication strategies.
• Manage and update content on social media platforms to maintain engagement and brand presence.
