Our longtime client is seeking an experienced PR Account Executive with a passion for high quality PR ready to translate insights into messaging, develop strong media relationships, and ensure every communication touchpoint feels intentional and aligned. Work blends both B2B and B2C and requires someone who thrives in an agency environment. You'll support and guide client programs, develop media strategies backed by research, oversee awards and recognition efforts, and help ensure every account runs with precision. Candidates must be located within the Greater Phoenix Area to attend in-person meetings, client sessions, and occasional team + client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in PR, marketing, journalism, communications, etc. including agency experience required.
Strong journalistic writing skills rooted in AP Style (Portfolio and work/writing samples mandatory)
Proven media pitching success with existing media relationships local to the Phoenix market
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C clients
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease
High motivation and comfort working virtually and with a collaborative team
Motivated by accountability and ownership vs being micromanaged

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Cision, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, or Photoshop is a bonus
A proactive, resourceful, positive attitude and approach with a genuine curiosity to be a lifelong learner and collaborative team player
