The Public Outreach Specialist II (TDIP Communication Manager) plays a key role in supporting public-facing communications, outreach, and engagement activities for complex airport infrastructure projects. This position works closely with multiple project teams and internal stakeholders to help deliver the Terminal Development Improvement Program’s (TDIP) communication and community outreach strategy. This is a hands-on, collaborative role responsible for developing and implementing communication materials, coordinating media and public events, managing digital content, and ensuring consistent, accurate messaging throughout all phases of project delivery—from planning and design through construction. The ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and excels at translating complex technical information into clear, accessible messaging for diverse audiences.
