Scope of Work: Public Health Specialist on Flourish Health Clinic Flourish Health Clinical Service Delivery The Public Health specialist with the Flourish Health Clinic helps lead community health strategy and public health education within the mobile health program. This role focuses on integrating harm reduction, health promotion, and disease prevention services into clinic operations, while also assisting with program evaluation, patient data collection, reporting, and financial funding efforts. They will collaborate with staff and outside partners to expand the mobile unit’s public health impact. This position is designed to operationalize public health principles in direct service delivery within the interdisciplinary mobile clinic team Mental Health Cooperative embraces inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity.
