Overview The Vermont Department of Health is looking for an energetic person to strategic leadership, policy direction, and operational oversight for statewide programs supporting individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. This position leads the development and implementation of recovery-oriented systems of care and works collaboratively with community partners, healthcare providers, and state and federal agencies to expand access to effective recovery supports. This position ensures programs align with evidence-based practices, federal and state regulations, and the state's broader public health strategies.
