The Pathways, Connections, and Impact (PCI) Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering leadership development and training initiatives that align with the an organizational and workforce development goals. The role requires building collaborative relationships with leadership teams and community partners, conducting training needs assessments, and designing effective learning experiences to promote health excellence. Training is delivered in various formats including in-person, virtual, and hybrid, in line with the Health Excellence Roadmap and Learning Series.
