PSE's Government and Community Affairs team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Public Funding Specialist position! Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.Job DescriptionWorks closely with department leadership to pursue and implement public funding opportunities aligned with PSE’s business plans and strategic priorities. Responsible for PSE’s public funding portfolio spanning the pursuit, management and administration of state and federal grants. Ensures PSE meets and adheres to all application requirements, regulations, policies, and grant terms through pre-award, post-award, and grant management and compliance activities. Responsible for the development and ongoing implementation of compliance policies and procedures including education, training and job aids. Manages ongoing reporting requirements and documents PSE’s decision-making and evaluation process through the lifecycle of a grant. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
