Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. $22.00 PER HOUR
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Previous experience within public areas cleaning preferred.
- NJ CER REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Pans/brooms and cleans carpets, polishes furniture, marble, glass, brass, tile, etc.
- Responsible for picking up and breaking down scaffolding.
- Services assigned areas daily, cleaning of rest rooms, ash/trash urns and elevators.
- Completely clean entire Casino floor including, vacuuming gaming tables during “down time”.
- Must have Security escort when accessing restricted areas.
- Responsible for trash removal from all public and back of the house areas.
- Returns all housekeeping equipment to the stockroom at end of shift.
- Reports emergency repairs to Supervisor immediately and strictly adheres to key control policies.
- Completes special assignments for the Supervisor-Public Areas and above as requested.
