Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service preferred
• Ability to perform deep cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving shuttle van)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel’s public areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces
• Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events
• Clean and prepare meeting room functions, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place
• Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
• Drive the shuttle van as needed to transport guests or staff around the property (property-specific requirement)
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the hotel
