Grand Opening: Shaking it Up at Flicks Pub! Wages vary by position & experience 7 Paid Major Holidays - Double time paid when worked. Same Day Pay! Lorien Taneytown is nestled in Carroll County, MD and close to the border of southern PA. We are a Nursing Home and Assisted Living community that offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, in and outpatient therapy. We are home to our very own restaurant, Flicks Pub which is a favorite to our residents and the local community.
