Travel PTA - Rehab (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PTA - Rehab for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton, OK.
Assignment:
Days, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 10
Start Date: 3/30/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Location: Lawton, OK
Weekend Requirements: Some Weekends/Holidays
Multipliers - No increased rate for OT, Holiday, and Call-Back

The Physical Therapy Assistant's primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant will treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with the patient's medical needs and with an approved treatment plan, and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation
of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements

• Recent traveler experience is preferred
• 2 years of acute and MS PTA experience is required
• BLS (AHA) is required
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge needs
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
• Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment
• Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required
