About The Position

This position provides support to all BancFirst customers with their banking needs. The ideal candidate must provide excellent customer service while complying with BancFirst policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prefer Teller, cash handling, sales and customer service experience
• Must be able to lift 10-25 pounds
• Must display a professional image and demeanor
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Must be able to work under stress and deadlines
• Must be able to comply with the position schedule
• Good communication and writing skills
• Critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Excellent work ethic, attendance and punctuality are critical
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

Nice To Haves

• Previous teller experience a plus, but will train
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Paying and receiving teller working Drive Thru and Lobby
• Maintain teller cash drawer
• Process multiple transactions and teller checks
• Maintain policies and procedures as defined by management
• Cross sell products to meet established goals
• Good customer communication, both in person and on telephone
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
