About The Position

Physical Therapy Technician / Rehab Aide – Lakeland Hills Our Lakeland Hills outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician / Rehab Aide to join our team and help create a positive, supportive experience for our patients. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting while working alongside an encouraging and knowledgeable clinical team. This is an entry-level position , and no prior experience is required . We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship from licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. This role is especially ideal for individuals interested in pursuing careers in physical therapy, athletic training, kinesiology, nursing, exercise science, or other healthcare professions. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their rehabilitation visits. Throughout the day, you will assist patients with warm-up activities, guided exercises, and cool-down routines while working under the direction of our licensed clinical staff. You will also support daily clinic operations by preparing treatment spaces, organizing and maintaining therapy equipment, and ensuring the clinic remains clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff. In addition, you may assist with light front office responsibilities such as patient check-ins, scheduling assistance, and answering phones when needed. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and motivated to learn. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this position. While prior healthcare or fitness experience is helpful, it is not required - we value individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to grow.
