What you get to do: As a Supervisor for Rides you’ll play a lead role in ensuring positive, memorable guest experiences. You’ll strive to exceed guest expectations while resolving all guest situations. This involves training, coaching and mentoring Ambassadors to deliver consistently outstanding performances.

Requirements

Flexibility to perform varied duties
At least 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED equivalent required

Responsibilities

Provide exemplary service and ensure Operations Standards are met including resolving guest concerns, investigating and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest issues, ensuring all team members are providing the highest level of guest courtesy, recognizing and rewarding team members who provide exemplary service
Interview and hire leadership team members
Supervise team members and assistant supervisors while enforcing and complying safety procedures, guideline and park policies and procedures
Oversee water and first aid send-outs
Monitor and control labor budgets as directed by your manager
Train and counsel team members and assistant supervisors while ensuring and complying with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
Complete appropriate paperwork and administer discipline
Ensure compliance of Child Labor Laws with regards to breaks, lunches and hours worked per day
Manage the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all team members complete tasks within a timely manner
Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of team member while supporting and demonstrating exemplary guest service
