Requirements
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, respectful care to residents during the night shift
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Ensure resident safety and comfort throughout the night
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to support resident care plans
