Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited, behaviorally-focused program in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
BCBA certification
Candidates who have completed all fieldwork supervision hours and are scheduled to take the BCBA exam are also encouraged to apply
Experience delivering direct behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders or behavioral challenges
Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience consulting or working within a public school setting is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral support to students with intensive needs
Conduct FBAs, develop PBSPs, supervise RBTs, and train staff
Collaborate with a team of BCBAs, behavioral health professionals, and educators
Support school-wide systems for social-emotional learning
Engage in research initiatives and attend conferences with financial support
