About The Position

The opportunity Step into a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll shape the future of production excellence. As our Production Process Optimization Lead, you will guide a team dedicated to improving assembly methods, advancing process performance, and enhancing equipment utilization across our Production organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Production Management, R&D, Supply Chain, and global teams to drive innovation, elevate operational standards, and support the successful launch of new products and technologies. You will influence strategic decisions, refine processes that support world‑class manufacturing, and champion initiatives that strengthen quality, cost‑efficiency, and safety. How you’ll make an impact Lead the development and optimization of production processes to meet project and business targets. Approve and validate designs for internal and externally developed processes. Define production costs and sequence workflows to maximize quality while minimizing cost. Develop investment budgets for new product and process initiatives. Support supplier evaluation with Supply Chain partners to assess technology and capacity. Collaborate with R&D and global teams to strengthen technical standards and integrate new process technologies. Promote a strong safety culture across all production development activities. Build, guide, and develop a high‑performing team in alignment with HR policies. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering. 2+ years of direct people leadership experience. 2+ years of project management experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical communication. Preferred: Experience in transformer manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner certification, and strong project/organizational skills. Requirements
