Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. Southminster is open year round, which will require availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Two years full-service restaurant experience (fine dining preferred)
Prep and line experience required
High level of professionalism
Ability to take direction
Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year experience in quality food production and training in food service.
Previous formal or on the job training in food storage, preparation, cooking and estimating quantities of food.
