Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook (2–3 years strongly preferred)
  • Excellent knife skills and an eye for detail in food preparation and presentation
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
  • A passion for seafood and commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality dishes
  • Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and respect in the kitchen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an upscale-casual or fine-dining kitchen environment, preferably with seafood or raw bar dishes is a PLUS
  • Familiarity with high-volume, scratch kitchens and ability to work across multiple stations (grill, sauté, pantry)
  • Ability to execute dishes consistently and efficiently, following recipes and plating standards

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications, focusing on seafood and raw bar offerings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
  • Follow recipes, plating standards, and prep instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Assist with daily prep tasks, including cleaning, chopping, and organizing ingredients
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and fellow cooks to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team atmosphere
