Responsibilities

  • Provide Support to President/Owner
  • First point of contact for vendors, guests, etc.
  • Greet visitors/callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Manage/maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Assist in event planning
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Special Projects as directed by President
  • Assists with onboarding tasks
  • Performing Other Administrative Activities
  • Receptionist Responsibilities
  • Managing/Handling Mail - route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials
  • Manage Payments/Checks for permits
  • Uniform Ordering & Disbursements
  • Manage accounts w/President
  • Complete follow-through of uniform process (Initial orders, provide tracking information, ensure items delivered)
  • Complete uniform inventory counts monthly
  • Coordinate office services, such as office cleanliness
  • Daily maintenance of Kitchen, Reception Area, Training Room
  • Weekly (Fridays) Deep Clean Kitchen, President’s Bathroom
  • Monthly cleaning of kitchen equipment – refrigerator
  • Provides support and assistance to Accounting Department
  • EOY Filings – Box as needed
