Requirements

Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/AED & First Aid certification (we will provide the certification upon employment if needed)
Ability to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Willingness and ability to enforce policies and resolve conflicts
Ability to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruptions
Basic gaming knowledge and skills
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Monitor the Gaming Lounge including the games and equipment
Enforce policies and procedures specific to the Gaming Lounge
Routine cleaning of e-gaming equipment, rented equipment, and all areas of the Gaming Lounge
Ensure operation of all gaming equipment, computers, and accessories
Complete preventative maintenance and cleaning
Set up for daily activities and operations
Assist members and guests with concerns, questions, and incidents/accidents
Assist Professional Staff and Building Managers as requested
Understand and demonstrate competencies in the area of the Emergency Action Plan
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Attend all staff trainings and meetings
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for Health and Recreation Center members and guests
