Electrical Student Co Op Experience – Decatur Corn and East Plant Facilities Electrical Student Co Op Program in partnership with RCC This is a part time, hourly position. Position Summary: We are looking for individuals who would like to explore a new career opportunity offering new challenges and responsibilities within one of our Decatur Complex facilities. This experience will provide a unique opportunity to get started with an Electrical AC/DC course offered by Richand Community College, in combination with to online learning, job shadowing, and hands-on interactive methods. Requirements

Enrolled as a student of Richland Community College for the duration of employment
Is in good standing with the College for the duration of employment and at the conclusion of the semester in which the work experience is taking place
Earns a grade of “C” or higher for the ELTRN 100 AC/DC Theory course during Spring 2026
Meet attendance requirements in school and at ADM
Upon selection into the program, students will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment background process as administered per ADM policy/procedures.
Ideal candidate should possess strong people and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, as well as a motivated personality with a willingness to take initiative
Proficient in the use of a computer with experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel preferred
Must be able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend and communicate, orally and in writing to effectively communicate in person or by phone.
Position may require sitting for prolonged periods of time; standing, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing a ladder, kneeling, and operating a keyboard.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
