About The Position

We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead daily operations while providing patient care in a private outpatient practice. This position combines clinical oversight, staff support, and operational leadership to help maintain treatment quality, workflow efficiency, and a strong patient experience. Requirements

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or clinic management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient setting
• Oversee clinic workflow and daily operations
• Support staff performance, documentation quality, and clinical standards
• Mentor team members and assist with maintaining treatment consistency
• Monitor scheduling, patient experience, and overall clinic efficiency
