Requirements

Licensed (or license‑eligible) Physical Therapist
Commitment to patient‑first, integrity‑driven care
Compassionate mindset and desire to build long‑term patient relationships
Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team
Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
Ability to lift or move patients as needed

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care
Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
