About Pilsen Wellness Center: Pilsen Wellness Center, Inc. is a community-based not-for-profit agency that provides culturally sensitive services to a multicultural population with limited financial resources. The organization's mission has remained providing quality human services to economically disadvantaged children and families. The agency is comprised of five divisions - Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Youth Services, Early Intervention, and Education which are currently supported through 17 different locations. We are seeking a highly motivated QMHP/Psychotherapist to join our agency in one of the following sites : Melrose Park : 1633 North 37th Avenue Melrose Park IL 60160 Brighton Park : 2456 West 38th Street Chicago IL 60632 McKinley Park : 3528 South Hermitage Avenue Chicago IL 60609 Pilsen/On Damen : 2259 South Damen Ave Chicago IL 60608 Pilsen/On Cermak : 2015 West Cermak Rd Chicago IL 60608 The QMHP/Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning as well as individual, family, and group therapy/counseling for children, adolescents, and their families.
Requirements
- MA/MS in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other Social Service Field REQUIRED
- Experience in the mental health field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Medicaid Rule 132 desired, but is not required
