About The Position
This role is for a dedicated, licensed Psychotherapist to join a team as an independent contractor (1099). The position offers clinical autonomy and total schedule control, allowing the therapist to work remotely from their preferred home office. As a 1099 Contractor, the individual manages their own schedule and provides high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload. The company handles backend logistics, enabling the therapist to focus on client care and healing.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted license
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
- Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
- A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
- The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.).
- Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
