About The Position
Is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives and policies of the Department and the Hospital Center.
Requirements
- A Master?s degree and doctoral level training in clinical or school psychology.
- Two to three years of part-time predoctoral clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducts intake evaluations.
- Provides individual, group and family therapy.
- Provides parental counseling.
- Provides supervision of psychology externs.
- Attends didactic classes/seminars for trainees.
- Conducts psychologist testing.
- Writes psychological reports.
- Provides case management services.
- Prepares clinical notes and correspondent.
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date clinical charts.
- Participates in team meetings.
