Requirements

Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
License eligible; licensure not required initially, supervision provided for licensure candidates
Commitment to onsite clinical work and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Strong skills in psychological testing and assessment
Ability to work with diverse populations, including children, immigrants, and individuals with developmental disabilities
Flexibility to work Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm for the first 3–6 months, then transition to four 10-hour days

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological testing for OPWDD eligibility, ADHD, and other standardized assessments
Provide psychosocial intakes for patients (typically 4 per week, 1 hour each)
Conduct follow-up therapy sessions (30-minute sessions)
Work within an integrated care model, collaborating with medical providers for comprehensive patient care
Support school-age children, immigrant populations, and some adult patients
Work exclusively onsite, with no group therapy responsibilities
Receive supervision and training, particularly if seeking licensure
Maintain high-quality documentation and adherence to Article 28 regulations
