We're looking for a Licensed Psychologist to join our Diagnostic team at Centria. We know that for many testing psychologists, the work can feel isolating or clinically rigid. We’ve built a model that prioritizes two things: true clinical collaboration and modern flexibility. Why this role stands out: The Best of Both Worlds: A full-time role with a hybrid schedule — 2–3 days in-center, with the option to complete report writing, virtual interviews, and follow up remotely. Specialized Focus: You’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations focused on the early identification and diagnosis (birth–12) for individuals suspected of having autism spectrum disorder. A Culture of Connection: You aren’t just a "test administrator" here. You’ll work within a tight-knit team environment where peer consultation and interdisciplinary support are part of the daily rhythm. Position Summary Centria’s Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years. The Licensed Psychologist will be well-trained, possess a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, school psychology, or a related field, and have completed an APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship. This role should have clinical training/background in early intervention programs, the administration of multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2). Compensation Earn a base salary of $125,000–$145,000. Success Measures Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, quality standards, compliance with company and payor requirements, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and/or quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics (e.g., productivity goals).
