Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Psychiatry Residency Program Director to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Opportunity Details: Oversight and management of all aspects of the Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Program. The program has 28 adult psychiatry resident trainees spread over 4 training years. The position has dedicated 30 hours per week (0.75 FTE) for this function. The remainder 10 hours of this full-time position is clinical work in the Adult Outpatient Department. The Residency Program Director is assisted in this role by a 0.25 FTE (10 hours/week) Assistant Residency Program Director and a Residency Program Coordinator.

Requirements

Board certified in Adult Psychiatry.
Minimum of 5 years post-residency experience of which at least 2 years must have been in a Residency Program Director or Assistant Residency Program Director role.

Annual Base Salary: $303,000 based on 40-hour work week.
Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
