About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and board-certified Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support to patients across the lifespan, hildren, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and be passionate about community mental health.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of psychiatry residency; fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry preferred
• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
• Valid Georgia medical license and DEA registration
• Experience working in community health or underserved populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy as appropriate
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and case managers
• Participate in care coordination and team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Stay current with best practices in psychiatry and FQHC compliance standards.
