About The Position

We are seeking skilled, board-certified Psychiatrists to perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) on a nationwide basis. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to accept or decline cases based on your availability.

Requirements

• Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent documentation skills, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience: Prior IME experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review Medical Records: Thoroughly review and analyze patient medical records related to psychiatric and mental health conditions.
• Conduct Psychiatric Evaluations: Perform in-person psychiatric assessments.
• Address Clinical Questions: Provide objective medical opinions and respond to clinical questions from insurance carriers related to psychiatric matters.
• Prepare Reports: Complete clear, comprehensive IME reports within an expected 5-day turnaround time.
