Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Psychiatric Social Worker or Psychotherapist This position works in the Intensive Outpatient Program and the outpatient clinics, based on your clinical interests. The Intensive Outpatient Program serves up to 24 adult patients in an outpatient setting suffering from co-occurring disorders offering in-person and telehealth services. This position will work on a team led by an addiction psychiatrist and psychiatric providers, other clinical therapists, nurses, and care staff all with experience in the assessment and treatment of substance use and other mental health disorders. Our Intensive Outpatient Program utilizes an Evidenced Based Curriculum, medication support, and individual and group mental health therapy. Psychotherapist Duties: Provide evidence-based counseling services (e.g., evaluation, diagnosis, consultation, and treatment) to patients within the psychiatric ambulatory setting for the purpose of preventing or eliminating symptomatic, maladaptive, or undesired behavior and/or facilitating adaptation to physical illness.
