As part of the core services team, the PACT RN provides nursing assessment, direct-support services and primary health care to seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals enrolled in the PACT Program. Provides support and education to other team members in nursing/medical treatment and health care. Psychiatric RNs on PACT teams are critical to the success of the people served by Bridgeway. RNs provide nursing assessment, direct-support services, and primary health screening to individuals whose goals include recovery from mental illness and substance use conditions. PACT RNs use their skills to provide leadership, support, and education to other team members in nursing/medical treatment and health care. They are an essential part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to provide individuals the tools to become and remain stable and healthy. PACT RNs receive ongoing training, and supportive supervision as they deliver evidence-based interventions, and wrap-around services. You will be taking vitals, drawing blood, injections and assessments.
