About The Position

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) provides group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative and case management services to adults with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and in need of long-term care stabilization. You will participate with the interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing therapeutic services and interventions.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a PRSC or mental health professional in a licensed nursing home, intermediate care facility, or specialized mental health rehab facility is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology) and have a minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in mental health or human services is required
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check

Nice To Haves

• CADC certification helpful
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
