A little more about our center: Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF), providing care to the non-aggressive (adult) mentally ill/behavior health population. What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check

Nice To Haves

ideally - prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferred
CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
