What You’ll Do As a Psychiatric ARNP on our Behavioral Health team, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based medical and psychiatric care for clients on their recovery journey. You’ll have clinical autonomy while collaborating with a skilled, mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability and wellness. Requirements
- Active WA state ARNP/PMHNP license in good standing.
- CPR Certification
- Experience providing medical services.
- 2 years’ experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population.
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.
- 3 years’ experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic interviews, and medication management
- Lead treatment planning and provide clinical guidance to staff
- Prescribe and monitor medications, including Suboxone (Buprenorphine)
- Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care
- Document using standard DSM-5/ICD-10 coding and maintain accurate medical charts
