Requirements

Must be a licensed APRN, PMHNP certification
Must have 2 years of post-certification experience, outpatient preferred
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted license(s) to practice nursing pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided
Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe medications, including controlled substances
Ability to possess and maintain adequate/required Professional Liability Insurance policy
Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulations
Possess and maintain all accreditations, certifications, and credentials necessary and appropriate to enable a nurse practitioner to perform, and Practice to bill for, the APRN services
Remain a Medicare and Medicaid Provider in the State where healthcare services are provided
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as thorough knowledge about the various medical processes and procedures
Ability to function well independently, as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team, ability to work productively and effectively.
