Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
• Active, unrestricted Maryland PMHNP license & DEA
• Board Certification (PMHNP-BC)
• Experience with or passion for working with youth and families
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfort practicing in a telehealth environment

Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth Formulate accurate, evidence-based diagnoses
• Treatment Planning & Medication Management Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Monitor effectiveness and adjust treatment as needed Provide brief supportive therapy and psychoeducation
• Integrated Care Collaboration Partner with therapists and care teams to ensure coordinated treatment Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations
• Documentation & Compliance Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR Uphold all ethical and professional standards
