Job Summay: Responsible for the evaluation, assessment, treatment and medication management of Mental Health Inmates under the supervision of the Mental Health Director and Psychiatrist.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Master's level nursing program as a Psychiatric / Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or current authorization to practice in the same capacity as provided through previous military training.
• Holds and maintains a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a NP in the state of employment or current authorization to practice in the same capacity as provided through previous military training.
• American Heart Association BLS certified.

Nice To Haves

• Corrections experience a plus.
