Requirements

Indiana licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
1 year of experience required as PMHNP minimum
Experienced working with children, adolescents, or adults required
Experienced in medication management as well as psychotherapy.
Full time only (40hrs)
