We are seeking to add a Patient Service Representative / Administrative Support Coordinator to our team in Pikesville! The Administrative Support Coordinator provides direct administrative support to the Assistant Practice Manager and Practice Manager of a specific site. This is not an executive level support position. The Administrative Support Coordinator will carry out site-specific duties as assigned that include but are not limited to the Patient Service Representative, Medical Records Clerk, Referral Coordinator, Data Entry Clerk and Switchboard Operator roles. The Administrative Support Coordinator will complete assignments and audits related to daily operations to ensure accuracy and maximize productivity. The Administrative Support Coordinator provides an efficient, yet nurturing experience for staff, patients and visitors; promoting a positive image to the public and conveying the mission and vision statements of the company.
