About The Position

The PSH Case Manager Specialist is responsible for overseeing a team of case managers, providing supervision, training, and quality assurance to ensure effective service delivery. The PSH Case Manager Specialist will assist with complex cases and may hold a case-load of clients with higher needs.

Requirements

Minimum four (4) years of experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or related field
Minimum 7 years of human service experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated case management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with data reporting systems
Must be empathetic to the needs of a diverse socio-economic population.

Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, support and train a team of case managers under the direction of the Stabilization and Supportive Housing Specialist.
Review client files, and documentation ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Maintain various spreadsheets and tracking systems
Manage high-needs cases and provide expertise in complex situations.
Conduct regular supervision.
Communicate concerns or potential problems to Leadership in a timely manner.
Attend appropriate meetings and trainings as needed.
Work collaboratively with community partners
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Stabilization and Supportive Housing Specialist and/or the Director of Shelter Case Management.
