Pruning Foreman
About The Position
Specializing in shrub and bushes focusing on fine gardening , plant health , and seasonal timing for woody ornamentals . Requires supervising 2-4 person crews. Conducting final walkarounds to ensure job quality and site cleanliness. Operate power equipment including, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws. Aid in the loading/unloading and daily inspections of trucks and trailers in the AM/PM Comply with all company policies and regulations in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulation. Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Good work ethic and the ability to work well with the crew - a team player
- Minimum 2-year experience in the pruning industry
- Knowledge of tree & shrub identification and specific materials, methods, tools & equipment required to complete various tasks
- Chauffeurs License Required
- Time management skills
